Opened in 1976, Lexington Regional Health Center continues to expand the services available to our patients while utilizing state-of-the-art technology and advanced medical training. In 2005, Lexington Regional was designated as a Critical Access Hospital by the state of Nebraska. Lexington Regional Health Center’s emergency room received the state trauma designation in 2006 and continues to retain this status. In the fall of 2011, Lexington Regional Health Center opened the doors to the area’s only walk-in Urgent Care.
