The Business Office is located near the main entrance of the hospital. Admissions, submitting insurance claims and accepting payments are the main functions this office.

Admissions

In Admissions, clerks assist with the process that includes verifying the patient, guarantor and insurance information. This information follows a patient’s hospital stay, identifying procedures and ensures correct billing. Safety wristbands are issued to every patient to provide healthcare professionals with proper patient identification before performing any procedures.

Payments

  • Account payments may be made during business hours.
  • After business hours, payments may be dropped in to the payment slot or paid at the Urgent & Primary Care admissions window.
  • Payments received after 3:00 p.m. will be posted the next business day.
  • Lexington Regional Health Center also accepts Visa and MasterCard.
