It is time for our yearly health screenings!  This year we are testing the following:

  • Cholesterol
  • Blood Sugar
  • Complete Metabolic Panel
  • Complete Blood Count
  • Lipid Panel
  • and more

Cost: $20

You are asked to fast for 10 hours before the screening and to drink 2 glasses of water prior to coming in.

Rolls, coffee, and juice will be available to you after your screening.
