Staff of the Lexington Regional Health Center manage a maximum of 25 Critical Access beds, a Cardiac and Intensive Care Unit, Radiology department offering on-site CT scanning and Bone Densitometry, a full service laboratory, a Physical Therapy department, a Respiratory Therapy department, Home Health Care/Hospice Services, in-patient Pharmacy services, and a fully equipped Emergency Room.

The Community Health & Fitness Center staff members manage facilities for aerobics and yoga classes, exercise equipment, a walking track and an education room. In addition, staff members at Shackley Retirement Village maintain a beautiful, on-site independent living retirement complex.
